By downloading, installing, or using OneAnswerAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
OneAnswerAI is an intelligent assistant. On the free plan, answers come from Google Gemini. Pro plans add Fusion (OpenAI, Gemini and Claude combined into one answer) and Picking (you choose which AI answers). The app provides AI-generated content for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, medical, legal, or financial advice.
AI responses are generated by third-party models and may contain inaccuracies, errors, or inappropriate content. Users assume full responsibility for how they use and act upon the responses provided. OneAnswerAI and its developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this service.
The OneAnswerAI app, its design, code, and branding are the intellectual property of Valentino Paulon. AI-generated responses are provided by third-party services and are subject to their respective terms. You retain ownership of the content you submit (queries, documents, images).
OneAnswerAI offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans:
Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID (iOS) or Google Play account (Android) at confirmation of purchase.
Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription in iOS Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions, or in Google Play > Payments & subscriptions.
Query packs are one-time purchases that add credits to your account. Text query packs are available to every user, with or without an active subscription; media query packs require an active subscription. Once credited, packs are non-refundable. Refund requests for iOS purchases must be directed to Apple; for Android purchases, to Google Play (play.google.com/store/account).
You can also use OneAnswerAI without creating an account. All users, with or without an account, get a limited number of free text and media queries per day; current limits are shown in the app (Settings > Subscription). The daily quota resets at midnight UTC.
OneAnswerAI is intended for users 13 years of age or older. If you are in Italy, independent use requires you to be at least 14 years old; a user under 14 in Italy may use the app only with a parent's or legal guardian's confirmed consent. AI image-editing features are restricted to users 18 and older. The app asks for your age range during setup; we do not yet use an OS-level age-verification signal such as Apple's or Google's Age Signals API, so age is self-declared.

You must not use OneAnswerAI's image-editing features to create or alter images of real people without their consent — including sexual, intimate, defamatory images or images that otherwise depict a real person in a false or degrading way. This may violate the depicted person's rights and, in Italy, may constitute a criminal offence under Article 612-quater of the Italian Criminal Code (unauthorized creation, alteration, or dissemination of realistic images depicting persons).
OneAnswerAI is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. Third-party AI providers may change their services or become temporarily unavailable.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Significant changes will be communicated through the app or this page.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Italian courts.
